If the collaborative process does not result in an agreement, the collaborative lawyers are unable to act in future Court proceedings — encouraging all participants to stay focused on resolution.
Away From Work
Outside the office, Evette is an avid foodie who is always on the lookout for a great restaurant and loves sharing good food with family and friends. She’s also a passionate football (soccer) supporter — although these days, you’ll find her cheering her two kids from the sidelines of junior matches rather than at professional matches.
